Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the g668h5 website accessible at https://g668h5.net and all associated services, products, software, and functionality made available through that domain.
• "Player" / "Account Holder" means any natural person who has successfully registered a user account on the g668h5 platform and whose account has not been closed or suspended.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon registration, through which that Player accesses all platform services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet credits, free-spin winnings, or matched-deposit bonus amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate wager amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency in which all g668h5 Account balances are denominated and all transactions are processed.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification procedures applied to Player Accounts in accordance with this Agreement.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described under Clause 8 of this Agreement as being prohibited on the g668h5 platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-controlled features including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion, as further described in Clause 12.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on g668h5, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of g668h5 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by g668h5 or any other regulated gaming platform with which g668h5 shares exclusion data.
• You have not previously had a g668h5 Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

g668h5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by g668h5 may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each Player may hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement. g668h5 uses automated and manual screening to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all such Accounts may be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited at g668h5's sole discretion.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any of the details you have provided change.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for:

• Choosing a strong, unique password for your g668h5 Account.
• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• Logging out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

g668h5 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you receive any message purporting to be from g668h5 that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

Account Currency

All g668h5 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion takes place within the platform. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR via Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels.

g668h5 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification may be triggered at the time of registration, upon the first withdrawal request, upon reaching specified cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any other time at g668h5's discretion for security or compliance purposes.

Documents Required

To complete KYC verification, Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: a valid government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within the past 90 days and displaying your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: documentation confirming ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, or OCBC NISP) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits or withdrawals.

All documents must be legible, unedited, and in their original format. Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances, in addition to any applicable legal consequences.

g668h5 processes KYC submissions within two (2) business days in normal circumstances. Withdrawal requests submitted concurrently with a pending KYC review will be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Deposits

g668h5 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the name on your g668h5 Account.
• Accounts must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals requested during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests outside these hours are processed within two (2) hours.
• g668h5 reserves the right to apply additional review to withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per single transaction.

g668h5 charges zero fees on deposits and withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside g668h5's control and are your responsibility.

Inactive Account Policy

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. g668h5 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 10.000 to inactive Accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player. Players will be notified by email prior to any administrative fee being applied.

g668h5 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x) will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or to the combined bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games and sportsbook wagers may contribute a lesser percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your Account. Real-money funds are used for wagers first by default unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit). Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• g668h5 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify any Player from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or collusion.
• One bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method per promotion period unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager.

Random Number Generation

Game Malfunctions

Sportsbook Rules

Sportsbook odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is confirmed and a unique bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked. All sportsbook results are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting body. g668h5 reserves the right to void bets where odds are published in error due to data-feed issues.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g668h5 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one Account, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit bonus offers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform — any such vulnerability must be reported to g668h5 support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activities or using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Placing wagers on behalf of any third party, or accepting wagers from any third party using your Account.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent Platform restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit by exploiting bonus terms.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing g668h5 support staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the g668h5 platform — including but not limited to the g668h5 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, text, software, game content licensed from third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), and all associated trademarks — is the intellectual property of g668h5 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the g668h5 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g668h5 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any loss arising from a third-party security breach, including unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, even if g668h5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit g668h5's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by g668h5's negligence, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

g668h5's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

g668h5 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering on g668h5, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

g668h5 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required to deliver platform services (such as payment processing via BCA, BRI, OVO, and other payment partners), to comply with legal obligations, or to protect the security of the platform and its users.

All personal data is stored and transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption. g668h5 maintains data retention policies consistent with international data protection best practices. Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account from the Responsible Gaming section of your Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen reminders at intervals of your choosing to help you monitor the time spent on the platform per session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers. Cool-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the g668h5 platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months and may be requested for longer periods up to five (5) years. Contact our support team to initiate self-exclusion.

g668h5 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Involvement in any Prohibited Conduct as described in Clause 8.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• At the Player's own request, including self-exclusion requests under Clause 12.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Account Balance at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request or for reasons other than breach, any verified Account Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to KYC completion.

g668h5 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, financial conditions, or eligibility requirements — g668h5 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the g668h5 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance.

The version date displayed at the top of this page ("Last updated") identifies the current version of these Terms & Conditions. Historical versions are available on request from our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which g668h5 holds its international operating licence. Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, your Account, or any transaction on the g668h5 platform, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed written description of your complaint to our support team via live chat or by email to the address set out in Clause 16. g668h5 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full written response within five (5) business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request that your complaint be escalated to g668h5's senior compliance team. An escalated response will be provided within a further ten (10) business days.
3. Step 3 — External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following the escalation process, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated under g668h5's operating licence. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Players are encouraged to retain records of all communications with g668h5 support for the duration of any dispute. g668h5 maintains full logs of all Account activity, transactions, and support interactions for a period of five (5) years.
